Warranty on Trampolines

Trampolines sold by Premium Trampolines have the following warranty:

5 years on the frame structure

1 year on Padding, Netting, Springs, Poles and Jump Mat

Warranty if from the date of sale. Warranty is based on the trampoline being used for intended.

Intended use being domestic use with a single user at a time and not exceeding the stated weight load of the trampoline specification.

Broken or worn out elastics
Foam on Safety Net tubes
Frame: Buckling of the frame parts, due to wind damage or from force of trampoline being hit or pulled.
Springs: Extended or over stretched springs due to weight being exceeded.
Frame Pads: Toggle Loops or ties, discolouration
Bedding fabric, Netting, Padding: Rips, cuts, burn holes.
